In 2021, the Green Roads Acquisition is anticipated to increase the company’s value. The transaction represents roughly 4.5x fiscal 2022 EBITDA if all Milestones are reached in 2022. Pro forma results in a company with total revenue of C$111.6M in 20204 from the union of Valens and Green Roads.a
